Google Lens comes to mobile users via Google Images

The mobile web version of Google just got a bit more helpful. Google started rolling out in the US first the Google Lens integration into the mobile web version of Google Images. All the pictures in the mobile web version of Google Images now gets the Lens icon underneath. Pressing that icon will highlight interesting subjects with dots. Tapping on these dots will slide up a panel of related images or products. If what you're looking for isn't marked, you can encircle it and let Lens do a search for you.

This feature is particularly useful for when you're shopping or trying to look for a specific product. The sheet that slides up is similar to what you see in Lens's integration in Google Assistant or Google Photos. Over time it can highlight other items like landmarks, animals, and plants. It'll also be rolling out to more countries and languages soon.
