Rumours claim Samsung will bring in-display fingerprint sensor to the Galaxy S10

Will the next generation Galaxy S device have an in-display fingerprint sensor?

Looks like Samsung’s going to skip a generation before it revamps its fingerprint sensor tech—at least that is according a new report from South Korean media outfit ETNews. The Korean company reportedly “confirmed” to partners that it will make use of an in-display fingerprint reader underneath its Samsung Display glass for the Galaxy S10 (instead of the Galaxy Note 9). The new report points at speculation that Samsung might be working with Qualcomm and its ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Now, we have quite some time to wait before any of these will be confirmed.
