Ducati CEO announces plans to develop electric motorcycle

Ducati is late to the party, but at least it’s joining it. The company’s CEO Claudio Domenicali told guests at a Spanish event that the “future is electric” and he said the company is “not far from starting production.” Other than this announcement, Domenicali didn’t release any other details about what the electric motorcycle might be like. Ducati has designed and produced multiple electric bicycles with other companies. One of them is the Ducati Zero, which the company collaborated with the Milan Polytechnic School of Design.
