Google Translate tests out flashcards to help language learning

Google Translate might be competing against the language learning app Duolingo. A new feature spotted by app developer Jane Manchun Wong shows flashcards within the Android version of the app. The cards are accessible through the phrasebook section of the app. There you can see cards that can be flipped around to see translations of specific phrases. There's an option to shuffle the cards so users can practice with them. It isn't clear if Google plans to roll out the feature, but we're hoping they would.
