New #shotoniPhone film features Toronto Maple Leaf players Mitch Marner and Auston Matthews

As the hockey nation heads into the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs, Apple unveils a new #shotoniPhone spot featuring two Toronto Maple Leaf players, Mitch Marner and Auston Matthews. Fans of the sport get a glimpse of life all captured on the iPhone XS as the athletes get ready for the season's most critical ice times.

Video footage was captured through the eyes of Auston Matthews giving us a personal lens on and off the ice.

The film, which is a first and only of its kind, featuring these two Maple Leafs exclusively, follows the outdoor campaign that launched earlier this year in eight cities across the US and Canada. That outdoor campaign included images of NHL players and team moments, all Shot on iPhone by players, and adorned the arenas of each team’s hometown including the Tampa Bay Lightning, Washington Capitals, St. Louis Blues, Edmonton Oilers, Carolina Hurricanes, Arizona coyotes, Ottawa Senators and the Philadelphia Flyers.
