Google app gets ‘In this video’ bookmarks for YouTube search results

One useful feature showing up on the Google app will make it easier to watch instructional videos on YouTube. There’s a new “In this video” bookmark/scrolling timeline showing up at the bottom of some videos. You can see a timeline of the video studded with marked timestamps and descriptions of what those parts are. Some of the videos even come with thumbnails. If you tap on these titles or thumbnails, you will be redirected to that part of the clip. It seems like Google hasn’t completely rolled out this feature yet, with some of Android Polices tipsters claiming the feature is showing up in the beta version of the app. So, you don’t have to worry if it isn’t showing up for you right now.
