Rogers offers Samsung phones at a discount, including the Galaxy S10 and Note10+

With the upcoming launch of the Samsung Galaxy S flagships, Rogers seems to be enticing customers to get a hold of older units ahead of next month's launch. The phones, including all three Galaxy S10 phones and the Galaxy Note10+, are discounted as part of its Edge Financing deal. The devices need to be on a two-year contract.
