Emilio Estevez rumoured to be starring in Disney+'s 'The Mighty Ducks' series

We've already heard about the revival of The Mighty Ducks, but this time we learn that Emilio Estevez will be joining the series. Estevez played coach Gordon Bombay in the original movie and its sequel. Now, rumour has it that he'll be coming back for the rumoured 10-episode, half-hour series. The show is reportedly starting filming this March in Vancouver, and it'll wrap up in June. The Mighty Ducks series will involve the original screenwriter Steven Brill and producer Jordan Kerner. 

The Mighty Ducks series will reportedly focus on a 13-year-old boy that gets kicked off the Mighty Ducks junior division team, so he and his mom start their own team.
