Samsung introduces Galaxy Buds

There must've been a positive response to the Galaxy Buds for Samsung to introduce a new one. Sorry, we had to. But yes, there's also a new Samsung Galaxy Buds+ launched alongside the Galaxy S20 series and the Galaxy Z Flip. The Galaxy Buds+ promises an impressive 11-hour listening time on a single charge, which you can double with the included case. But if you're in a hurry, Samsung claims that three minutes of charging can give you "around one hour" of listening time.

The Galaxy Buds+ comes with a two-way dynamic speaker to give you a rich combination of high notes and deep bass. It's also equipped with three microphones to block out ambient noise when you're talking to someone. The wireless earbuds also have ambient sound control and the usual touch controls. There is no active noise cancellation, though.

If you pre-order one of the new Galaxy S20 phones, the Galaxy Buds+ will come with the phone for free. The earbuds come with the same colours as last year, except the yellow variant is swapped with a new Cloud Blue colour to match the new colour scheme for the phones. The Samsung Galaxy Buds+ will arrive in Canada on March 3 for $199.
