Netflix's 'Carmen Sandiego' to get an interactive special

What can be seen as a throwback to its roots, Carmen Sandiego's special will be interactive, Choose Your Own Adventure-like story. This special will be Netflix's second interactive special after Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, but this time it'll be a bit more kid-friendly. Carmen Sandiego: To Steal or Not to Steal follows the iconic spy how has to do the bidding of the Villians International League of Evil (V.I.L.E.) after they captured Carmen's friends and professional thieves Zack and his sister Ivy while on a heist. If she doesn't succeed in what they ask of her, Zack and Ivy's minds will be wiped, and they will become V.I.L.E. operatives.

The trailer shows how the story will play out and how you will be expected to interact with the special. It is one of the three interactive specials Netflix has reportedly planned to make. The other two include Boss Baby and Last Kids on Earth. Carmen Sandiego: To Steal or Not to Steal will be available to watch and play on March 10. The special will run for 45 minutes.
