JLab Audio brings open-ear speakers to your glasses

Source: JLab Audio

The concept of putting speakers in your eyeglasses isn't new. There have been frames like these from companies like Bose, Amazon, and Huawei. But what JLab offers is an attachment for the glasses you already own. The JBuds Frames will attach two true wireless open-ear speakers to the temples of your eyewear. It comes with several silicone sleeves so that you can use it with different temple sizes.

Each speaker weighs around 11.7g, comes with 16.2mm drivers, and has an IPX4 waterproof rating. According to JLab, the JBuds Frames can run for up to eight hours on a single charge, but you can extend the battery life by using one speaker at a time.

This accessory comes with buttons to let you change volume, switch between Signature and Bass boost EQ settings, and accept or decline calls. The speaker accessory is expected to arrive in early spring for US$50 (around CA$64).
