Blizzard will release 'Diablo II' HD remaster for PC, consoles this year

Fans of Diablo II have something to look forward to. Blizzard plans to release an HD remastered version of both the original game and the Lord of Destruction expansion. The remaster will support cross-progression between platforms. It will be coming to the PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and Nintendo Switch. It's already available for pre-order for US$40.

The remaster will feature updated graphics, including a modernized version of its 27-minute cinematic shots. You can play the title's five-act story with up to seven other people.
