Skip video chapters on YouTube for Android with a two-finger double-tap

It's now much easier to jump to and from video chapters on YouTube. The Android version of the app has a new two-finger double-tap gesture that lets you move forward or backward on a video you're watching. You can double-tap on the left side to go to a previous chapter or double-tap on the right to go to the next one. We aren't sure if this is rolling out to all devices yet, but we've tried it on a OnePlus 9, and it worked just fine.
