Xiaomi now has a 100W wireless charging stand

Xiaomi continues to advance its wireless charging tech with this newest product. The company just launched a 100W wireless stand in China, following last year's 80w version.
Carrying the model name MDY-13-EL, it has a similar appearance as that option, but it comes in a black and bronze design instead of the white and silver motif of its predecessor.
This charging stand lets you place your phone horizontally or vertically. It supports the standard Qi charging, features a dual-coil design, and has a dynamic fan that runs when it charges at high wattages.
Like last year's model, it comes with a 120W Xiaomi charger and a 6A USB cable. But this model gets an additional current calibration protection layer along with over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature, electrostatic protection, and foreign object detection sensors.
Xiaomi itself isn't selling a phone yet that can handle 100-watt charging. But for those who want a futureproof wireless charger, this is available in China for CNY 599 (around CAD 115).
