YouTube to bring picture-in-picture to all iOS users

Source: YouTubeWhile YouTube Premium users are the first to get the feature, YouTube plans to let all iOS users access picture-in-picture. It's rolling out first in the US with volunteers using Premium. You'll need to opt into the test through YouTube's experiments website. The Premium testing will end on October 31, but it hasn't said when the feature will come to non-Premium users.
