Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra tipped to get brightest smartphone display

Samsung will be releasing the Galaxy S23 series in the new year, if we follow the typical schedule it comes out. Unsurprisingly, we're hearing rumours about it ahead of said launch. The latest report came from Twitter tipster RGcloudS claiming the Galaxy S23 Ultra could have the brightest display, even beating out the iPhone 14 Pro Max. It'll supposedly get a maximum brightness of 2,150 nits, which effectively beats out the 1,750 nits of the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The tipster contends that the "Numbers might be different at launch, due to further adjustments." They claim Samsung could raise the max brightness to 2,200 bits or higher with a minimum peak of 2,100 nits.
