WhatsApp is testing a 2GB file size transfer limit

The company is reportedly testing out a larger 2GB cap for file transfers. WABetaInfo reports it's been tested for some users in Argentina the last few days. The jump will be significant given that WhatsApp retained its 100MB file size limitation since the feature became available on the service in 2017.
