Bethesda delays 'Starfield' and 'Redfall' to 2023

Bethesda

Bethesda is delaying two major Xbox console exclusives to next year. Starfield, the space exploration game, was initially supposed to debut on November 11, 2022, as an homage to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. But now it's getting some more time in development as the release date gets pushed back to the first half of 2023. Another title that will be delayed is the vampire co-op shooter Redfall.

As The Verge pointed out, Bethesda might be talking about the games at its upcoming games showcase on June 12, but it wanted to set the record before that.
