Apple Watch Series 8 Pro tipped to get biggest redesign since Series 4
The premium version of the Apple Watch is expected to get an entirely different look. It's rumoured to have the first biggest redesign since the Apple Watch Series 4. In his Power On newsletter, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman wrote that the pro version of the Apple Watch Series 8 would reportedly have a 7% larger display than current models.
Gurman claims it won't have a circular or squared-off design. But it also won't have the rumoured flat sides. Instead, it will have a look that is "an evolution of the current rectangular shape." The case will be made with "a more durable formation of titanium to make it extra rugged." It's also expected to have a longer battery life that could last multiple days on one charge with a new Low Power Mode.
As for health features, you're expected to see a body temperature sensor with blood pressure monitoring not scheduled until 2025 and blood glucose monitoring coming "nearer to the ending of the decade."
