OnePlus 10T will nix the Alert Slider

In typical OnePlus fashion, the company shares more details about the OnePlus 10T, a device launching next week on August 3. OnePlus shares additional information about the design in a blog post released on Monday. 

For the first time, it's removing the distinctive Alert Slider to make space for other features. According to the post, the company took it out because it "provided us with the necessary space inside the device to add new, meaningful technologies." These include faster charging with two charging pumps, a bigger battery, and an improved signal with 15 antennas around the device. 

OnePlus said the OnePlus 10T would come in two colours called Moonstone Black and Jade Green. It introduces a new "crater design" that combines the rear glass with the camera system. You can learn more about the new design here.
