Garmin launches Venu Sq 2

Source: Garmin

Garmin refreshes its Venu Sq line with its new model. It's iterative and brings a few useful features. It has a slightly bigger 1.4-inch OLED display and its Health Snapshot feature that sows information like heart rate and heart rate variability, blood oxygen level, stress, and respiration. The biggest change is it almost doubles the battery life from six to 11 days.

It gets over 25 built-in GPS and indoor sports apps, and you can create workouts from 1,600 exercises or access Garmin Coach training plans. The Venu SQ 2 also supports Garmin's Body Battery recovery metric, stress tracking, sleep tracking, and menstrual cycle and pregnancy logging.

The Garmin Venu Sq 2 also gets a Music version that lets you store up to 500 songs on the watch. The Music version is an extra US$50 (around CA$66) at US$299.99 (~CA$395), while the Venu SQ 2 lineup is US$50 more than the original.
