Samsung's Galaxy Watch6 and Watch6 Pro get FCC certified ahead of rumoured July launch

Samsung is supposedly preparing to launch the Galaxy Watch6 and its Pro version in July. Ahead of that, the two smartwatches have passed the FCC certification in the US, which confirms their model numbers and charger type. They will use the same charger as the Galaxy Watch5 series, which means it could retain the previous generation's charging speed.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch6 and Watch6 Pro will reportedly have a physical rotating bezel and a more powerful processor. Samsung is also expected to announce the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5 foldable phones and possibly its mixed reality XR headset at its next Galaxy Unpacked event, which will take place in South Korea sometime at the end of July.
