Elgato boosts Stream Deck Plus with USB Hub

Elgato is expanding the capabilities of its Stream Deck Plus with two new docking options. There's the XLR Dock and the new CA$79.99 USB Hub offers versatile connectivity. Originally released in 2022, the Stream Deck Plus features customizable buttons, an LCD screen, and physical dials. These new docks further enhance its functionality.

For users without XLR microphones, the USB Hub offers two USB-C, two USB-A ports, and an SD/microSD card reader. All USB ports support 5Gb/s data transfer speeds.

While lacking Thunderbolt, the hub includes a 65-watt uplink port to charge laptops when connected to an external power supply. Elgato recommends using a power adapter to prevent performance issues when using both the Stream Deck Plus and USB Hub.
