The Nexus 5X would have been the perfect follow-up to the Nexus 5 a year ago and in its current price point. It is still a great and attractive Nexus device in 2015. The list of affordable alternatives, however, is growing more compelling.

Two years after the original Nexus 5 won the hearts of the Android faithful, LG has once again created the ‘everyman’s Nexus’ device. The thin, light and well-seasoned Nexus 5X is an impressive mid-tier smartphone at  CAD $500 unlocked, but is it more attractive than the competition?

Review: Apple iPhone 6S

The iPhone story for 2015 is remarkable in that it is an ‘S’ year, which usually means incremental changes with no obvious physical difference from last year’s model, but Apple’s given the iPhone 6S a complete structural and functional makeover.

The iPhone story is one of constant and steady improvement with various leapfrog innovations along the way. Let's count some of them. Multi-touch, mobile apps, app store, voice assistants, finger-print sensors, video calling, mobile payments are just some of the features that were propelled into the mainstream. Review: 2015 Ford Fiesta ST

Spirited hot hatch with track-ready performance

Do you like zippy handling, back of the seat acceleration, bright orange paint schemes, racing stripes, speeding tickets? The Apple Beat: The iPad grows up

To say Apple is eyeing the enterprise is a huge understatement. They’ve struck deals with the likes of IBM and Cisco to create some serious, secure, and enterprise grade iOS-first solutions that should satisfy CIOs of Fortune 500 companies as well as any SMB outfit looking for a standardized set of tools.

Apple’s iPad Pro is a daring creation. It is a powerful yet portable tablet that may seem oversized to many of us used to 7, 8 and 9-inch tablets but there’s merit to the new size as well as the new functionality.

IPad Pro isn’t the first pro-focused tablet. There’s three (possibly four, by October) generations of Microsoft Surface Pros that have a similar keyboard and stylus combination. The big difference is that the Surface runs PC applications as well as some mobile ones as well.
