LG ProBeam BU53PST introduces upgrades to your workplace projector

LG Electronics Canada recently introduced its new lineup of projectors. One of the new models is designed to make it easier to use in a collaborative workspace. This new LG ProBeam BU53PST model is built to work in different professional environments, whether corporate, retail, hospitality, sports, or education. The LG ProBeam 4K laser projector model BU53PST offers high-definition clarity designed for business, providing everyone in the room with crisp, clear images from a short distance, even in brightly lit settings.

It has a 0.04 short throw ratio, allowing it to be workable in tight spaces. It maintains its visual quality up to a 300-inch display with 8.3 million pixels, has a 3,000,000:1 contrast ratio, and Lens Shift & Zoom x1.2 and Lens Shift (H ±20%, V ±50%) functionality.

LG rumoured to be launching V30 at IFA

One of the rumoured leaks of the V30 shows the secondary display sliding out of the bottom of the device

If the recent report coming out of South Korea is to be believed, LG plans to launch the latest V30 flagship at IFA in Berlin. But they’ll be announcing it supposedly a “day before the opening day of IFA 2017,” which puts that at August 31^st. Bringing the phone to IFA will be a first for the brand’s V series. It’ll reportedly also be the first time LG is holding preorder sales for the V line for at least three mobile network providers in South Korea. Whether that’ll extend to other countries isn’t known. But if LG does launch the V30 at IFA, it’ll give them a slight advantage over the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and new iPhone release, which are rumoured to be launching sometime in September.

First look at LG's 360 Cam accessory

360' cameras come in all shapes and sizes. There's the expensive Ricoh Theta line and the durable 360Fly devices and there's LG's $299 360 cam which does basically the same thing. The above demo shows what the 360 cam looks like, how easy it is to depoy as well as some videos it made. Photos coming from the LG 360 Cam were quite seamless and designed to give a reall immersive 360 degree experience when used with VR glasses or shared on smartphones, tablets and PCs.
