Apple Park opens doors to its Visitor’s Center
If you find yourself in Cupertino and want to visit Apple Visitor’s Center, you can now. The tech giant just opened the doors to the center, letting you come drop by and visit the campus as well as buy souvenirs and snacks. The Visitor Center itself is designed with a look that matches the rest of the campus from its staircases, stone walls, terrazzo floors, down to a cantilevered carbon fiber roof. You’ll get to see a 3D model of the Park itself that also offers an augmented reality experience accessible through iPads placed there. As expected, there is a store inside the Visitor’s Center where you can buy everything from Apple products to souvenirs that range from T-shirts, to onesies, to playing cards. There is also a café there in case you get hungry from all the exploring and shopping.
While this part of the campus is accessible to the public, the rest of it isn’t. So if you want to see the rest of the Apple Park, you can head up to the roof terrace to see the main building and the landscaping surrounding it. It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, it opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m., while on Sundays, it is open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
