The Vybe is not so much a smart watch as it is a notification bracelet for your smartphone updates. It sends you subtle notices when your smartphone gets a text message or phone call. It has a 50 feet range from your phone and works with Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry devices with Bluetooth 4.0 as well as iPhone 4s and iPhone 5/5C/5S.

Nokia adds low-powered Bluetooth to Windows Phone 8 Lumias

Nokia has brought Bluetooth Low Energy to some Windows Phone 8 Lumia devices. Low-powered Bluetooth is usually used for accessories like heart rate monitors, smart watches and personal activity trackers. At the moment Bluetooth 4.0 is available on Lumia 720, 625, 620 and 520. The upcoming Black release will allow support for all Lumia devices.
