‘Borderlands 2’ is coming to the PlayStation VR

If you’re a fan of Borderlands 2 and own a PlayStation VR, you’re going to like this news. 2K and Gearbox Software just announced that it’ll be bringing the 2012 game to Sony’s virtual reality platform. Borderlands 2 VR will retail for US$49.99 and will come to the US on December 14^th. The game will include the original campaign as well as the original four playable Vault Hunters. This time around though it’ll be single player.

There are going to be some VR-specific new tricks, though. One is called Bad Ass Mega Fun Time or BAMF Time, for short. This will let you slow the speed of the game to give them time to plan attacks. You’ll also be able to teleport around the map and drive in vehicles from a first-person perspective. Borderlands 2 VR will also support Sony’s PlayStation Move motion controllers.
