CIAS 2025: Mercedes-Benz returns with Canadian premiere of the G 580 with EQ Technology

Mercedes-Benz Canada is making a grand return to the 2025 Canadian International AutoShow in Toronto, marking its first appearance at the show in five years. The return with the brand’s presence will be evident throughout the show in various displays and immersive guest experiences. One highlight of Mercedes-Benz’s presence at the 2025 AutoShow is the Canadian premiere of the G 580 with EQ Technology, the first fully-electric variant of the iconic Geländewagen (G-Wagen).

CIAS 2025: Volvo to present newly redesigned XC90

Volvo is returning to the Canadian International AutoShow (CIAS) in Toronto for 2025 to showcase the latest version of its flagship SUV, the new Volvo XC90. 

The new XC90 features exterior design updates, and a suite of enhancements that blend timeless Scandinavian design with cutting-edge innovation. Exterior highlights include a redesigned hood and front bumper, a new iteration of the iconic Thor's Hammer headlights, and a fresh grille design, specifically designed to fit the iconic Volvo iron mark logo. Carrying on the brand’s long, storied history, this vehicle continues to make safety a priority with an advanced safety cage and Volvo’s latest driver assistance technologies, including collision avoidance systems, blind spot monitoring and intelligent driver alerts.
