Las Vegas- CES 2011 has been an Android handset and 4G extravaganza. One of the more notable devices revealed this year is LG's Revolution which embodies all the big trends we're seeing in 2011. It has a large 4'3-inch screen, runs Android 2.2, can double as a mobile hotspot (for up to 8 devices) on the super-fast 4G data network. It also entertains with HD video streaming and recording and a front facing camera to boot. No word on whether a variant of the Revolution will make its way to Canada.

Las Vegas - Sony Ericsson showed off its latest generation of smartphones running on the Android platform. The Experia Arc is an incredibly thin and light smartphone that's packed with Sony's BRAVIA mobile engine technology and features an ultra-bright 4'2 inch screen a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 4.2-inch display, 8.3 megapixel camera, and measures just 8.7mm thick.
