Adobe shifts focus to HTML5, Javascript and CSS as viable substitutes for Flash

Toronto: A day after Adobe announced its updated Creative Suite 6 (CS6) and its new Creative Cloud initiave in San Francisco, some of Adobe's key fellows were in Toronto for FITC  (Future. Innovation. Technology. Creativity) 2012 to discuss the new features and business direction that Adobe is taking with its new products.

Adobe to Launch CS6 and Creative Cloud Tomorrow (updated)

Adobe plans to launch its latest and greatest Creative Suite 6 and  and its unifiying Creative Cloud tomorrow in San Francisco. Presiding will be Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen, l also be streamed over the Web beginning at 10 a.m. Pacific Time on Adobe's launch site. The presentation will be available later for replay at tv.adobe.com

The Creative Cloud service is a subscription modelt that gives online access to all of the CS6 apps starting at $49.99 per month per user account.
