eBay Canada wants you to flip your old mobile for an iPhone 5

eBay Canada has a limited-time offer for their used smartphones through eBay.ca Instant Sale, an electronics trade-in program that makes it easy for consumers to get quick cash for their smartphones or other electronic devices. Canadians who lock-in their Instant Sale trade-in offer in the next 12 days will receive 20 per cent more on 36 smartphone devices, including up to $404.40 for their 64 gigabyte iPhone 4S.

Canadians expected to purchase 100 gifts a minute on Nov 27, the busiest shopping day of the year

eBay predicts that Sunday, November 27th will be Canada’s busiest online shopping day of 2011.

More than a half-million savvy Canadian shoppers are expected to shop on eBay during “Super Sunday,” buying nearly two gifts every second for friends and family – a 17% rise over last year.

Windows 8 tablets start going on sale...on eBay

Microsoft gave 5,000 developer/attendees to last week's BUILD Conference some Windows 8 Tablets which were to serve as developer machines for the upcoming tile-based OS. Well some of these Windows 8 tablets are appearing on eBay and Craigslist and for an exorbitant amount of money. One guy got his device up for 1,900 Euros ( equivalent to CAD $2,577). That's a lot of money for something that is still in very early stages of development, but we won't judge.
