Steve Jobs replica doll is eerily accurate, also quite illegal
By Gadjo Cardenas Sevilla
Legend Toys has made a painstakingly accurate figurine of the late Apple CEO which depicts Steve Jobs sitting on a leather chair. Selling for $199 and available for preorder, the figurine is 12" tall, sports the trademark black mock turtleneck, jeans and New Balance sneakers which are all extremely detailed. Legend Toys isn't the first company to cash in on Jobs' image (although it is the first to try and profit from his "memory") M.I.C. Gadget tried it with a smaller, cheaper figurine and quickly got slammed with a cease-and-desist order for using the likeness. Gotta give it to them for the detail and realism though.
