The LookOut Charger is compact security camera that can keep watch on your home by just having it plugged into a socket. It even works as an actual phone charger with its 5V 1000MAH power output. The small camera inside the device is capable of recording 1080p video with audio thanks to a microphone also included. It has two storage options—16GB and 32GB—that can record three to four hours or six to seven hours, respectively.
This doesn’t come with any complicated setups or apps to link to. You just need to plug it in for it to start working. And running out of storage isn’t an issue. It has video looping capabilities, meaning it’ll record over older clips when it exceeds its storage limit. The Plug A/B type will work in the country. You can score one of these by backing the project, which can cost as low as US$45. Shipping is estimated to start in June.
