Panasonic releases Lumix G3 Micro Four Thirds camera

With a new sensor, faster performance and  better noise reduction plus more touch-sensitive control, the Panasonic Lumix G3 jumps right into the high end of the Micro Four Thirds interchangeable lens camera market. ILC (Interchangeable Lens Cameras) are peaking in popularity right now as smaller alternatives to DSLR's.

WishList: Olympus E-PL2 Micro Four Thirds camera

A surprisng upgrade to the phenomenal Olympus Pen E-PL1 offers a redesigned body plus a new 14-42mm lens and what is being called a Medusa version (above) sporting twin spotlights for the purpose of macro photography. If this is priced anywhere near the E-PL1's sub $500 sweet spot, we're sure it will be a hot seller when it hits the stores later this year.
