TIDAL streaming music service expands its reach to 43 countries globally

TIDAL Jay-Z's premium streaming music service which launched last month to much fanfare by rounding-up the support of some very high-profile names in music. Aiming to ensure artists get paid fairly for the use of their music and that subscribers get access to the highest quality audio (at $19.99 per month), TIDAL also offers videos, curated content and exclusives that will take months to show up on other services, if at all. Rihanna uses Dubsmash app to tease out new release BBHMM

Last night Rihanna tweeted out that her new release was about to drop marking March 26 as the date to hold on to. So, like the legions of adoring fans I waited to see what was up. There were several instagram links and her morning her tweet pointed us to Dubsmash - an app that allows users to dub and share.

Review: 808 HEX XL Bluetooth speaker

Pardon my cynicism, but in terms of Bluetooth speakers, once you've reviewed one or two (or three) speakers, they all begin to sound the same, regardless of what is claimed to be different under the hood.

As we at CanadianReviewer have extensively played with speakers from heavyweights such as Logitech, Bose, and Sonos, we tend to be a bit pickier and look for more than just sound quality from the products we use.

Eminem’s Shady Records releases free 66-track mixtape online

Want to get a massive collection of free songs from Eminem’s Shady Records label? You can download Shady Classics mixtape and gain access to old a new stuff that couldn’t fit into the Shady XV compilation album coming out. This double album will have 12 new songs in total with 10 of them from Eminem. There are also over a dozen 50 Cent songs on the mixtape as well as some Eminem freestyles.

According to the rapper’s manager, “It’s sort of a compendium of the material we’ve released that we didn’t have room for on the greatest hits that we really like.”
