Nokia considers the Lumia 2520 as the mullet of tablets

Nokia has just released what could be one of the strangest but somewhat fitting ads for its Lumia 2520 tablet. The Finnish brand is likening the Lumia 2520 as a “work and play” device, which is much like the mullet hairstyle of decades past a.k.a. business in front and party at the back. Instagram and Flipboard coming to Windows Phone 8 soon

Popular services are slowly making their way into the Microsoft mobile ecosystem with the impending arrival Instagram and Flipboard to the Windows Phone 8 platform. Announced at Nokia World, Kevin Systrom, Instagram CEO and co-founder, said in a statement the photo and video sharing app will make its way to the operating system in the “coming weeks.” Meanwhile, Flipboard will first land on the Lumia 2520, the company’s Windows RT tablet, before it is brought to other Windows Phone devices. 

Nokia Windows RT tablet rumoured to carry the name ‘Lumia 2520’

Twitter account EVleaks, known for accurately predicting Nokia devices in the past, is saying that the upcoming “Sirius” Windows RT tablet from the Finnish brand will be named Lumia 2520—keeping with the Lumia brand. This 10.1-inch tablet is said to run on a quad-core Qualcomm processor with a 1080p display and will be the first Windows RT-based tablet from the company. The Lumia 2520 is said to debut alongside a 6-inch Lumia 1520 on October 22 (it was originally set for a September launch).
