Sennheiser's fourth generation Momentum premium headphones are taking the fight to its competition. The new Sennheiser Momentum 4 ANC promises an impressive 60-hour listening time on a single charge. The company also claims the redesigned headphones has improved comfort and less "clamping."
The cables are hidden, and the metal hinge and leather exterior are replaced by a simpler plastic design with ear cups you can rotate flat when you want to stow them away. The physical controls are replaced by a touch panel on the right cup for gesture control. According to the company these headphones get a new 42mm transducer system for "brilliant dynamics, clarity, and musicalty." You can tailor the sound to your needs with built-in EQ, sound modes, and a new Sound Personalization feature. Plus, it supports two connected devices at once.

Sennheiser launched a new pair of sports-centric true wireless earbuds with an unusual feature. The new Sport True Wireless has an Aware EQ passthrough setting that can reduce distracting sounds your body makes (like heartbeat and footsteps) to pay better attention to your surroundings. We can imagine this will be useful for runners.
It also has an Adaptable Acoustic system that lets you choose between open and closed ear adapters and offers tweakable equalizer settings to get the sound you want for your workouts. If you wish to keep external sound out, you can use Focus EQ setting paired with the closed ear adapter. You can adjust how much external sound you hear and create custom EQ presets through Sennheiser's app.

Want to listen to heavy metal tracks on a pair of earbuds made from lightweight metal? Sennheiser recently introduced a new pair of in-ear monitors made with the same material used in drill bits for the Mars rover. The Sennheiser IE 600 are built with a shell composed of ZR01 amorphous zirconium. Zirconium is a shapeable metal that's highly resistant to corrosion. The audio brand opted to use this material because of its malleable nature and durability, promising you a pair of wired earbuds that are lightweight and durable.
The Sennheiser IE 600 uses either a 3.5mm or 4.4mm wired connection to support hi-fi and lossless audio. And like other Sennheiser in-ears, the earbuds disconnect at the earbud so you can easily swap out worn-out cables. According to the company, it features a single 7mm driver and precision-moulded resonator chambers for a "tonally neutral" sound profile. The IE 600s will launch later this spring with a hefty €699 (around CA$979 converted) price tag.
