Sony's QX10 and QX100 lens cameras convert smartphones to DSLRs

Recently leaked photos of the QX10 and QX100 'lens cameras' from Sony offer a whole new area of innovation in smartphones and cameraphones. The lens cameras integrate sensor, lens, SD Card slot, WiFi and zoom in the lens while the viewfinder and all the controls are handled by a connected smartphone (which also serves as the viewfinder). The whole kit and kaboodle is expected to be unveiled in early September at IFA and could really help Sony reclaim it's innovator status in mobile and consumer electronics.
