Just to tease you a bit more before the June 14 release, Warner Bros. showed off a trailer of the Man of Steelgame for iOS and Android devices. It will be up for download on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Amazon Appstore for Android.
Like many people, I didn't 'get' the idea of the Nintendo Wii U or the need for the Gamepad. During a recent event hosted by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, I got the opportunity to check out the console for the first time and see some of the games.
I also got the chance to speak with Ans Beaulieu, Producer of Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition, made by Warner Brothers Games Montreal. Ans explains how the Gamepad is complementary yet integral to the game which was designed from the ground up for the Wii U.
The Gamepad serves as Batman's Bat-Computer giving him clues and activating weapons and gadgets. Users can also take the game off the HDTV and play on the Gamepad while someone is watching TV.
