Samsung launches Samsung Internet for Windows

Samsung Internet is a fast and feature-rich browser app for Android devices that outperforms Google Chrome in some aspects. However, it lacked a desktop version until now. Samsung has just launched Samsung Internet for Windows. You can download the app from the Microsoft Store and use it on any Windows PC or laptop, not just Samsung’s.

The main advantage of Samsung Internet on a desktop OS is the ability to sync your browsing data between your Samsung phone and PC. This feature was missing before and discouraged many users from making Samsung Internet their default browser app on their mobile devices.

Phone Link app brings iOS support to all Windows 11 users

Microsoft has announced that its iPhone support for the Phone Link app is now available for all Windows 11 users. iPhone support was first introduced in February with select Windows Insider preview testers. It gradually rolled out to the general public. Android phones have had access to Phone Link since 2015.

Latest Windows 11 preview adds Photo app's 'Gallery' view to File Explorer

It might soon be easier to scan photos in Windows 11's File Explorer. The latest developer preview for the operating system rolls out with a new Gallery feature. You can view the Photos app's image library while browsing files and folders. This shortcut to Gallery comes with the Windows Insider Build 23435. The company is rolling out the feature gradually and won't come to all Dev Channel Insiders immediately. It is still a beta feature that may or may not get a wider release, but we're crossing our fingers that it does.
