Samsung B7300 OmniaLITE

More Windows Mobile love, this time from Samsung whose B7300 is a budget smartphone riding on Windows Mobile 6.5 and offering a full-touch interface on its 3” inch 65k-color resistive touchscreen.

Samsung has packed a lot of features in the B7300 including 3G with 3.6 Mbps HSDPA, a built-in GPS, Wi-Fi with DLNA, stereo Bluetooth 2.1 and a standard microUSB port and a 3 megapixel autofocus camera with smile detection and VGA (for 15fps video).

There are a few misgivings that taint the overall package. The display is pretty low end for a Samsung phone. This is another one of those phones that refuses to add a 3.5mm audio jack, which is just annoying. We see the Omnia stylngs and some of its features but we certainly feel the lite aspect of the B7300 that has too many compromises.
