iTunes Festival celebrates 7th year, starting Sept 1 with stunning lineup of musicians
The iTunes Festival is back for 2013. Taking up residency at London's legendary Roundhouse from September 1st - 30th, this spectacular month long Festival gives music fans a chance to see their favourite artists, including: Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Kings of Leon, Jessie J, Elton John, Pixies, The Lumineers, Sigur Rós, Arctic Monkeys, Kendrick Lamar, Robin Thicke and Canada's own Bahamas and many more at 30 fantastic, one-off and free live gigs. Over 60 artists have been invited to play 30 consecutive nights of incredible live music, and there’s something for everyone, as the line-up features performances from global artists as varied and diverse as Italian pianist and composer, Ludovico Einaudi to UK rock legends Primal Scream.
Now in its seventh year, the Festival is renowned for attracting the biggest names in music. Sir Paul McCartney, Amy Winehouse and Crowded House played the first iTunes Festival at London’s Institute of Contemporary Arts in 2007. Since then over 370 artists have performed in front of more than 370,000 fans and tens of millions more online and on television. Past performers include Adele, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Alicia Keys, Paul Simon, Jack White and Oasis.
As well as offering fans the opportunity to watch their favourite artists perform in an intimate surrounding, music fans will also get to experience emerging new talent for 2013 including Canada's Bahamas performing on September 16th.
For those unable to attend in person, the iTunes Festival will be streamed live to millions of fans around the globe via the iTunes Festival app, on the iTunes Store and with Apple TV.
All performances will also available for purchase and download on the iTunes Store.

iTunes Festival app
All performances will be streamed live worldwide via the iTunes Festival app and on iTunes so music fans can watch them live on their iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or even on your Mac or PC. The shows will also be available to stream on repeat for a limited time.
Apple TV
Music fans can also watch the iTunes Festival live on their HD TV, using Apple TV. They simply click iTunes Festival from the main menu, or use AirPlay to stream the gigs via the app.
