Sony introduces video recording specialists Action Cam HDR-AS30V and HDR-MV1

Sony just unveiled two distinctly different video recording devices, the Action Cam HDR-AS30V and HDR MV1 Music Video Recorder.

The new Action Cam HDR-AS30V can be taken on your next adrenaline-filled adventure and take Full HD 1080p videos for you easily without worrying about the added weight because it weighs 35 percent less than its predecessor. It still ships with a ruggedized, waterproof housing but is also 25 percent smaller than the previous Action Cam. It now has GPS on board and can take 11.9MP stills and time-lapse photos with the back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS sensor with SteadyShot image stabilization tech. It comes equipped with built-in Wi-Fi, NFC one-touch support, and access to PlayMemories Mobile. It goes on sale late this month for $349.99 Sony retail stores and other authorized dealers nationwide.

Helping you rise to music superstardom, the HDR-MV1 can record Full HD videos with studio-quality sound with its back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS sensor and wide-angle 120-degree Carl Zeiss lens. It also features Audio Lip Sync technology to guarantee that the music matches the video playback. With built-in Wi-Fi and access to Sony’s PlayMemories Mobile app, you can easily share the content taken on this music video recorder to your smartphone or tablet. The HDR-MV1 will be available in December for $349.99 at Sony retail stores and other authorized retailers as well.
