Google hires fashion exec to help market Glass
Google wants to change the public’s perception of Glass with its new hire. The tech company is bringing onboard Ivy Ross, a design and marketing lead who has done work for Calvin Klein, Gap, Coach, Swatch, etc. She will be in charge of altering the way people perceive Glass. Google aims to market the wearable device as more than a new gadget for technology fans. They want the public to see it as a fashionable piece as well.
