SYC2 lets you convert video to audio files with ease

Sometimes your favorite audio tracks have been uploaded to YouTube and you want to bring it with you. Enter Softorino YouTube Converter 2, or SYC2 for short, it’s a desktop video conversion tool that takes clips from over 50 sites such as YouTube, Facebook, and Vimeo as well as audio from Soundcloud. You just need to copy the video or playlist URL and paste it into the program. You can convert to video, audio, and ringtone. Video conversion is capable of handling up to 4K resolution files. Audio gives you the options of converting from MP3, AAC, and “original” audio. And ringtone lets you make either a full-length tone or 30-second recordings.

These converted files can be saved to your desktop, iOS device, or sent to iTunes. The app itself costs US$20 but there is a 24-hour free trial that shows all the features of SYC2 to see if it’s something you’d want to own.
