LG might launch hybrid Wear OS watch at the V40 ThinQ launch
Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 4:30AM A new hybrid watch from LG has been reported for months already but it looks like the company is ready for it to launch. Evan Blass a.k.a. @evleaks reported that the LG Watch G7 will launch alongside the V40 ThinQ smartphone on October 3rd. Its existence has been reported through FCC filings that suggest it comes with a 1.2-inch display, 768MB RAM, and 4GB of storage. It won’t, however, have GPS or NFC functions. At that time, it was rumoured to be called Watch Timepiece. Now, whether these specs line up, we’ll find out soon enough.
