Razer Blade 15, Blade Pro 17 are now available for pre-order

At CES this year, Razer introduced two new laptops that run on NVIDIA's new RTX 30 GPUs: the Razer Blade 15 and Blade Pro 17. Both laptops are already available for pre-order on Razer's website and have an estimated shipping date of March 3, 2021. If you want to head to Razer stores and select retailers, the Blade 15 will be available for purchase starting January 26, while the Blade Pro 17 will come sometime this quarter as well. You can get the Razer Blade 15 at a starting price of $2,399.99 and the Blade Pro 17 at a starting price of $3,349.99.
If you get the base Blade 15 models, these are limited to RTX 3060 or 3070. But if you're willing to splurge, you can get the RTX 3080 on the Advanced Blade 15 model or the Blade Pro 17. As for processors, these will ship with Intel's current 10th-generation H series chips, maxing out at 8-core i7-10875H.
What's more notable about these new laptops is they get high-refresh-rate Quad HD screens, which have 1440p resolution. Usually, players had to settle for 1080p displays to get better refresh rates, but now Razer gives them an option to increase speed and resolution.
The base Blade 15 model has a 144Hz 1080p display with an 8ms response. It's possible to upgrade to a faster 3ms Quad HD 165Hz display. The Blade 15 Advanced model has three options: 360Hz 1080p at 2ms, 60Hz 4K OLED at 1ms, and 240Hz Quad HD screen. If you want NVIDIA's G-SYNC and Advanced Optimus, these are available only on the QHD panel. What these features offer is smoother gameplay and the ability to switch between integrated and dedicated GPUs intelligently. The Blade Pro 17 has a 360Hz 1080p 17.3-inch screen, 165Hz Quad HD display, and a 120Hz 4K panel, a first for Razer.
As for ports, you get the essentials, and then some. There are USB-A, USB-C 3.2, Thunderbolt, HDMI 2.1, Gigabit Ethernet, and SD card readers (Blade 15 Advanced and Blade Pro 17). These gaming laptops can be equipped with up to 32GB of DDR4, 2,933MHz RAM.
