Fitbit wants to improve your wellbeing with Deepak Chopra's Mindful Method wellness collection

We don't even have to cite statistics to know that the past year has taken a toll on your mental wellness. Fitbit wants to help its Premium members keep calm with a new partnership with Deepak Chopra, M.D., a pioneer of Integrative Medicine and founder of The Chopra Foundation and Chopra Global.

Fitbit Premium members in some of its markets can now access Deepak Chopra's Mindful Method, an exclusive wellness collection to help with your mindfulness practice. The curated content launches with 10 audio and video sessions, but the company promises over 30 sessions will be available in the coming months. It is only available in English.

The initially available sessions include guided meditations, sessions to help prepare for restful sleep, and techniques to help you develop a sense of happiness and optimism when needed.

According to Fitbit, these are the sessions to look forward to:

  • Bring harmony & peace to your day
  • Resting in awareness
  • Mindful centering for stressful days
  • Fall asleep with Deepak Chopra's guided beach visualization
  • Prepare for sleep with progressive relaxation
  • Cultivate happiness & positivity
  • Cultivate an abundance mindset
  • How to let go
  • Mindful breathing
  • Managing stress at all times

The collection will expand over the coming months, with dozens more custom sessions, including:

  • A focus on mindfulness for total wellbeing, detailing the benefits of meditation based on Deepak Chopra's four pillars: mind, body, emotions and spirit.
  • How to incorporate mindfulness throughout your day—from setting the tone each morning, a pick-me-up during a stressful workday, resetting a lousy mood, and preparing for restful sleep.
  • More in-depth guidance for using mindfulness as a tool to build awareness, manage stress and emotions, and build concentration.
