Polar Ignite 3 monitors your circadian rhythm to help optimize your health
Polar has a new smartwatch with a unique feature. The Ignite 3 has new sleep analysis tools designed to balance your training with your circadian rhythm. It claims to point out what specific times in the day will you be most alert. It has an in-depth sleep analysis feature called SleepWise. It can forecast when you're most alert and recommend the best time to train or be productive. It can also estimate when you're ready to sleep at night.
It also has a new Nightly Recharge feature that monitors overnight recovery and how well your body copes with the stressors in your day. You'll see the data when you get up in the morning.
The Ignite 3 has a 1.28-inch circular AMOLED always-on display with a stainless steel bezel. Its battery is designed to last five days on a single charge or 30 hours with GPS in training mode.

The Polar Ignite 3 can monitor over 150 different workouts. It comes in four colours with matching bands (Night Black, Greige Sand, Purple Dusk, and Brown Copper) and costs $479.99.
